Mateos Classic Frames

Moveable player frame, target frame, target-of-target, and focus frames + a cast bar in classic styling. Standard UI is hidden.
What's new
- New "Buffs on top" setting: the target and focus buffs and debuffs sit above the frame and grow upward, like Edit Mode's option of that name, which doesn't reach these frames. The cast bar then sits right under the frame.
- With buffs on top, the threat percentage moves over the portrait so the auras have room above the name bar.
