Master Loot Unstick

Corrects issue where master loot window remains visible after closing loot window

~~Currently there exists a bug with ElvUI that causes the MasterLooter frame to remain visible after closing loot.~~

This very simple addon fixes it.

EDIT: This addon should no longer be needed. The issue was fixed as of ElvUI Version 2.13 [01-09-2021]
