Marksmanship Rotation Helper

Fixed the shot priority to match how the rotation actually works: Multi-Shot > Arcane Shot > Steady Shot > Serpent Sting, with real Auto Shot clip protection so it won't tell you to cast Steady Shot if it'd delay your next shot. Aimed Shot only gets suggested before the pull now. Added a swing bar and wait indicator to the display too.
