Marksmanship Rotation Helper

Tells you what shot to fire next as a Marksmanship Hunter - Multi-Shot, Arcane Shot, Steady Shot, Serpent Sting, whatever's actually best right now. It also tracks your Auto Shot timer so it won't tell you to cast Steady Shot if it would delay your next shot, which is the biggest DPS mistake most Hunters make. Just an icon overlay plus an optional glow on your action bar, nothing gets cast for you.

Commands: /mrh opens the settings panel, where you can tweak the display, force single/AoE mode, or run the built-in test scenarios.

Built this after checking the priority against Wowhead, Icy Veins, and Warcraft Tavern's guides, so it should hold up in real fights.
