Fixed
- `Bindings.xml` is no longer listed in the `.toc` file. The client loads binding definitions from `Bindings.xml` in the addon folder automatically; including it in the TOC caused it to be parsed as generic UI XML and triggered BugSack warnings (`Unrecognized XML: Binding`, unknown `name` / `header` attributes). The binding file itself is unchanged.
