Map Shortcuts for TomTom

Shows hand-picked shortcut routes (mountain crossings, cliff climbs, death-skips) on the world map as TomTom waypoints, in WoW Forever and Classic Era.
What's new
- Support Classic Era as well as Forever. On Era there is no world map button; use the slash commands and the options panel.
- TomTom is now declared as a required dependency on CurseForge, so the CurseForge app installs it for you. Without TomTom, MapShortcuts still loads and says in chat that TomTom is needed to show the pins.
- Show a whole route in every zone it crosses when any of those zones is on, and say so in chat.
- Add a setting to show points of interest, such as the Forlorn Ridge climb in Azshara ("Azshara Crater"), from the options panel or
/ms poi. - Steps too close together for the world map show on the minimap only, with one world map pin in their place.
- Add 31 more shortcut routes, among them the Loch Modan and Dun Morogh routes to Kargath: 49 routes with 179 waypoints in all.
- Group shortcut points into numbered, coloured routes with smaller pins. Long routes show their start and end until you use
/ms steps(or, on Forever, Ctrl+click the world map button). - Make the options panel scroll and list its zones by name.
