What's new

Added a private Greymaulkin Suite namespace and consumer bootstrap.
Vendored Suite helpers:
Tooltip, RoundedBackground, WindowInteraction, Picker, and SpriteSheetAnimation.
Replaced main-window and compact-toolbar control tooltips with the Suite Tooltip lifecycle.
Replaced the compact toolbar’s local nine-mask background code with Suite RoundedBackground while retaining the addon’s existing masks and transparency.
Replaced main-window drag handling with Suite WindowInteraction; existing position persistence remains addon-owned.
Added reusable Suite Picker integration for Sort and Quality:
preserves existing buttons, popup styling, rows, checkbox behavior, multi-select filtering, and dismissal behavior.
Replaced the duplicated 22-frame glow animation loop with Suite SpriteSheetAnimation.
Updated the four edge-mask BLP assets.
Added SuiteTooltipAdapter.lua for the addon's existing tooltip content.
