  • feat: a bank alt on a second WoW account declares itself in settings
SavedVariables are per WoW account, so a main's bank alt pick never reaches
an alt played on another account: BankAlt.IsBankAlt() stayed false there and
the player had to flip "tags everywhere". The settings window now has a
"This character is my bank alt" button (mouse, and the controller through
Nav/PadKey; created at login). It writes the same bankAlts[realm|faction]
slot a pick uses (Config.SetBankAltHere / ClearBankAlt / IsBankAltHere), so
the account's other characters mail to it and the tags, tooltips and summary
come on; pressed again it clears the bank alt. The typed path still refuses
the character's own name and points at the button; the Mailworthy window
still refuses to mail to itself.
The bank alt view degrades cleanly on an account that never sent: no
"Mailed for" line without a record, a non-table record is ignored, the
summary stays correct. README documents the two-account setup; HANDOFF
records the decision (price scans and the mailed-for history stay per
account; nothing is carried in the mail body or subject).
