  feat: V tags on your main after sending (what's left for the vendor)

  Operator request: once Send has mailed everything, tag the main's bag slots
  with what the Mailworthy window kept because a vendor pays more. V only, for
  the rest of the session, using the window's own settings (postage included)
  so the tags match what it showed. Grey junk with a vendor price gets V too
  (on the bank alt as well: the AH has no price for it). Locking an item
  removes its V at once (Alt+click or L3, no bag update needed); unlocking
  brings it back. On a main the tooltip says why to vendor it, without the
  bank alt's "Mailed for" line.
  Mailer.OnSent fires when a run has mailed everything (not on failure or a
  stop); BankAlt.Mode() = bankalt / everywhere / vendor.
