0.27.0-beta — Recipes: “Take all ingredients”

• New “Take all ingredients” button in the Recipes window, right under “Open recipe log”: for the recipe selected on the left, takes ALL matching ingredients from the ENTIRE currently open mailbox — across all senders, and without the multi-set limit of the existing “Take mats” button (Recipe Log), which deliberately only takes one complete set per sender.
• As usual, a confirmation (“… collect?”) appears first, showing the total amount and the recipe name.
• COD mail, GM mail, and locked items are left untouched, same as everywhere else in the addon (identical safety/COD check as regular collecting).
• The button only shows while a recipe is selected on the left; if there are no matching ingredients in the mailbox, you get a message instead — no empty job gets started.
