MailSift

A thoughtful World of Warcraft Classic Era addon for managing mail between your characters, built for Hardcore players who need efficient, safe mailbox management.

Key Features

Powerful Inbox Search Search all mail attachments at once, browse items in a clean list, collect with a single click, and pinpoint specific BoE items or materials through name, material-type or ID filters.

Smart Mail Handling Collect an entire letter with a right-click, auto-fill the subject when sending gold, optionally auto-switch to the Send tab, remember each alt's bank character, and auto-fill the recipient.

Auction House Integration A dedicated button for pending auction house gold, auction sales tracked separately from other money, tooltips showing amounts still delayed/pending.

Attachment Automation with a Safety Net After a confirmed opt-in, automatically prepares unbound BoE items for attaching and shows every attachment visually for confirmation – sending still always happens manually through the normal WoW send button.

Cross-Character Overview One button cycles through: live mailbox → all your own characters together (last saved copy) → individual character copies → shared players, strictly separated by faction.

Mutual Sharing & Wishlists Two players can grant each other read access to their last-read mailbox contents (opt-in, revocable anytime), plus shared wishlists for guild or friends.

Recipes & Guild Bank A recipe calculator with a standalone log that automatically tracks who has already sent enough material; a guild module with automatic donation tracking for the guild bank.

Fully Bilingual Follows your WoW client language automatically (German/English), with a manual override on the Help page or via /ms language.

Why MailSift for Hardcore?

• Find and retrieve specific items quickly, even from a full inbox.
• Move items to your bank alt efficiently, without the detour through your bags.
• Manage auction house proceeds with fewer clicks.
• Keep track of valuable BoE items and expiry dates, even across characters.
• Nothing is ever sent or collected automatically without you seeing it first – important when one mistake means permanent death.
