Added

• Fingers of Frost now works in combat through the game's Cooldown Manager. The current beta build shows no spell alert of its own for Fingers of Frost, so MageProcs had no way to see it in combat. Turn the Cooldown Manager on and put Fingers of Frost in its Tracked Buffs, and MageProcs shows its alert in combat. The icon can stay hidden if you only want MageProcs' alert.
• /mp status and the Info tab say whether Fingers of Frost is tracked there. If it's on but not tracked, one chat line tells you about 10 seconds after login.

Changed

• Out of combat, the buff itself is checked against the Cooldown Manager. If the Cooldown Manager ever shows Fingers of Frost while the buff is gone, it isn't used for the rest of the session.
• The spell-alert texts no longer say they are the only way to see Fingers of Frost in combat.
