**Character macro selection fix**

- Updated Create Macro to select the newly created character-specific macro using its visible slot number.
- Uses the built-in macro button click handler to update the selected macro in the editor.
- Avoids a subsequent grid refresh that could reset the selection to the first macro.
- Preserves the Open Macros shortcut and all existing builder features.

**Recent features (v1.1.24–v1.1.25)**

- Independent Normal and Modifier Mouseover checkboxes.
- Mouseover support for compatible cast sequences, with normal-target fallback.
- Character-specific duplicate-name checks.
- Tooltip icon guidance and live macro preview.
