MacroMate-0.3.2.zip
What's new
Changelog
0.3.2
- Roster bursts settle before macros rewrite. A raid filling up used to render every half second, now the render waits for a quiet moment, three seconds at the most.
0.3.1
- The Power Infusion, Misdirection and Tricks presets cast on your mouseover when the picked target is dead, their templates gained the nodead and mouseover conditions. Macros you already made from them keep their text, add the conditions by hand if you want them.
- Keywords made by a preset start with public and the whisper off, so a fresh macro never talks in chat until you open it up. A keyword you already have keeps its settings when a preset is applied again.
0.3.0
- The editor paints the token word under the cursor yellow, the one a chip click swaps.
- A spell chip next to the token chips. It lists your spellbook by tab and puts the picked spell's name at the cursor, so a basic cast macro is New macro plus two clicks.
- Slash commands trimmed to /mm, help, version and debug. Everything they did lives in the window, and the minimap button, announcing and a new render print toggle sit on the options page.
- Deleting or forgetting a macro clears the editor instead of leaving the old text behind.
- Help window touch ups. Every claim in it matches the addon again.
- A whisper box on keyword rows. Keywords with a spell id keep whispering the target when the spell lands unless you untick it.
- MacroMate is the home of its macros now. Writing a token into some other macro no longer pulls it in, typing an existing macro's name under New macro takes it over instead.
- A Rename button in the editor. The macro keeps being managed under its new name.
- The minimap button goes through LibDBIcon now, so button collectors can manage it, and it shows the MacroMate logo. An existing button keeps its spot.
- A Trinket macro preset. It writes a cast plus skeleton with the spell name left out, so you only type the spell.
- Created macros no longer get an _mm name suffix, the #mm line in the body already marks them. Presets make PI, MD, Tricks and so on now. Macros made by an earlier version keep their old names, Rename tidies them up.
- A nobody button in the editor. When a macro's tokens find nobody it can now fall back to your pet, or to your mouseover and then your target, instead of always you. The Misdirection preset uses pet out of the box.
- Popout buttons on the editor and the variables panel. Each opens in its own bigger window with more room to work, and closing it slots the panel back into the main window.
- Undo and redo in the template box, Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y (or Ctrl+Shift+Z), covering typing and chip clicks both. Typing bursts undo as one step.
- Presets ask what to call the macro instead of assuming, prefilled with the old fixed name. A taken name greys the Okay button out, a preset never overwrites an existing macro any more.
- Account wide macros share their template and settings across the whole account. Manage one anywhere and your other characters pick it up, rendering it with their own group. Per character macros stay put.
- Flagged for 12.1.
0.2.0
- New token. On a line of its own it turns into /use 13 and /use 14 for whichever equipped trinkets have an on-use effect, and the line drops out while neither does. Re-renders when you swap trinkets. Error speech is muted around the use lines so a trinket on cooldown stays quiet, and the wrap is skipped entirely when you have error speech turned off, so the macro never flips your setting back on.
- Taller window, and the macro preview scrolls when a rendered macro no longer fits it.
- Own logo. The addon list and compartment now show the MacroMate scroll instead of a stock note icon.
- New Misdirection and Tricks of the Trade presets, tank first with an "md" or "tricks" chat claim. The preset buttons moved into one Add preset menu that lists your class first.
- A per macro "print target changes" toggle in the editor. With it on, the macro says in your chat window when a token starts pointing at someone new, and who had it before.
- The PI order and help windows open on top of the main window instead of behind it.
