Macro Atlas brings an intuitive fantasy-styled interface to WoW Retail (Midnight) and WoW Forever.

Macro Atlas is also part of a larger project: Macro Atlas Community, a dedicated website where players can discover macros, explore public collections, and exchange ideas. The website and the in-game addon complement each other through manually copied share codes.

A fantasy interface inspired by our community website

Macro Atlas v2.9.3 brings the visual identity of Macro Atlas Community directly into the game.

Expect dark slate backgrounds, engraved bronze borders, parchment-colored headings, spellbook ornaments and a carefully structured interface.

Retail features turquoise accents, while Forever uses violet accents.

Supported versions

Macro Atlas provides separate packages for:

World of Warcraft Retail (Midnight)

Modern class and specialization support with a dedicated Retail build.

World of Warcraft Forever

A separate version designed for Forever's original nine classes and their class-specific templates.

The Macro Atlas Community website also supports Classic macro content. A separate Classic addon build is not included in this release.

Getting started

1. Install the correct Retail or Forever package.
2. Enter the game and type /ma, or click the minimap button.
3. Choose the guided wizard, visual builder, class templates or your personal library.
4. Review your generated macro.
5. Save it explicitly in World of Warcraft.

To import shared macros, open Macro Sharing → Import, paste a supported share code, review its contents and transfer it to the editor.

Tip: Use /ma web to display the companion community website address inside the game.

Safe and controlled macro creation

Macro Atlas does not automate gameplay, execute macros automatically or bypass World of Warcraft's protected-action restrictions.

Imported macros are reviewed before being transferred to the editor. Changes to existing macros require confirmation.

Macro creation and editing are restricted during combat. Quality checks provide guidance but cannot guarantee compatibility with every character or client.

The community website and addon do not automatically synchronize accounts or saved macros. Sharing is performed through deliberate copy-and-paste actions.
