### Added
- Crafting in the Upgrades panel: a "Crafting" group lists craftable gear for your character (Spark of Tides plus Myth Mistcrests at max quality, up to item level 331).
- The craftable item list is read automatically from the crafting orders system. The addon tries this when you refresh the Upgrades panel, shortly after login, and whenever you open the crafting orders window. The list is remembered per character.
- If no list is available yet, the group shows per-slot hints instead (current item level, +N up to 331).
- Items you already own (worn, bags, personal bank, Warband bank) are hidden from the crafting list as well.
- New command `/mpgg craft`: reads the craftable item list right away and reports what it found.
- The "Next step" line now mentions crafting from item level 305 and shows crafting with Myth Mistcrests (max quality) as the final step at 331.

### Changed
- Crafting entries do not count towards the number of possible upgrades shown at the top of the Upgrades panel.

### Notes
- The craftable item list is not filtered by primary or secondary stats, so some items may not fit your specialization.
- Item level 331 requires max quality; the real result depends on the crafter.
