    Fix secret sender chat handling

    Avoid inspecting chat sender strings while inside instances, where Midnight can expose them as secret values and trigger taint comparison errors. Prefer chat GUID authorization, pause /ll test listeners in unrelated instances, harden ping diagnostics, and document the safer test-listening behavior.
