All rights not expressly granted under this License are reserved by the Copyright Holder.
3. Limited Permission to Use
Subject to compliance with this License, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable permission to:
* download the Software from an official distribution channel authorized by the Copyright Holder
* install and run the Software as a World of Warcraft addon
* use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes, and
* create reasonable backup copies solely for your own personal use.
This permission does not grant any right to redistribute, modify, publish, reuse, or incorporate any part of the Original Content into another project.
By downloading, installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this License. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Software.
4. Screenshots, Videos, and Livestreams
You may display the Software during its ordinary use in screenshots, videos, livestreams, reviews, guides, and similar media, including monetized media.
This permission does not allow you to extract or separately distribute the Software’s source code, artwork, graphics, media, or other assets.
You may link to an official distribution page for the Software.
5. Restrictions
Unless you have received prior written permission from the Copyright Holder, you may not:
* copy or redistribute the Software or Original Content, in whole or in part, except for personal backup copies permitted under Section 3
* publish, upload, mirror, repackage, bundle, or otherwise distribute the Software through another website, repository, addon pack, application, service, or distribution channel
* modify, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works based on the Original Content
* create or distribute modified versions, forks, unofficial updates, or successor projects based on the Original Content

6. Artificial Intelligence and Text and Data Mining
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no permission is granted to use the Original Content for text and data mining, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, or other artificial intelligence purposes.
Without the prior written permission of the Copyright Holder, the Original Content may not be copied, collected, scraped, extracted, ingested, transmitted, analyzed, tokenized, embedded, or otherwise processed for:
* training, pre-training, fine-tuning, alignment, distillation, evaluation, validation, benchmarking, testing, or improvement of an artificial intelligence or machine learning model or system
* inclusion in a training corpus, dataset, benchmark, embedding index, vector database, knowledge base, retrieval index, or comparable collection
* use as input, context, grounding data, reference material, or retrieved material for an artificial intelligence system
* retrieval-augmented generation, automated code completion, code generation, asset generation, or similar automated generation
* generating material intended to reproduce, imitate, transform, derive from, or substitute for the Original Content or any substantial part of it, or
* developing or operating a system that makes the Original Content available to an artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
These restrictions apply regardless of whether:
* the processing is performed for commercial or non-commercial purposes
* the Original Content is stored permanently or processed temporarily
* the resulting model, system, dataset, embedding, or output is made publicly available, or
* the generated output contains a recognizable or verbatim copy of the Original Content.
The Copyright Holder expressly reserves all rights relating to text and data mining, including the rights referred to in Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Section 44b(3) of the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz).
Any use described in this section requires prior written permission from the Copyright Holder unless that use is expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law and cannot legally be restricted or reserved.
For clarity, this section does not prohibit ordinary local execution, compilation, debugging, security scanning, backup, source-code searching, or development tooling that does not provide the Original Content to an artificial intelligence system and does not use it for text and data mining, machine learning, model training, model improvement, automated generation, or retrieval-augmented generation.
7. Third-Party Materials
Third-Party Materials are excluded from the Original Content and are not licensed under this License.
Each Third-Party Material remains subject exclusively to its own copyright notices, license terms, and usage conditions. Those terms may grant permissions or impose obligations different from those contained in this License.
Where applicable, third-party notices and license texts are provided with the relevant components or in an accompanying third-party notices file.
Nothing in this License restricts rights independently granted under an applicable third-party license.
8. Permission Requests
Permission for uses not expressly allowed by this License may be requested by contacting the Copyright Holder at the email address stated above.
Permission is granted only when provided expressly and in writing by the Copyright Holder. Silence, failure to respond, prior tolerance, or the public availability of the Software does not constitute permission.
9. Termination
The permissions granted under this License terminate automatically and immediately if you violate any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Termination does not affect any rights, remedies, claims, or liabilities arising from a violation that occurred before termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Copyright Holder disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, availability, accuracy, security, and non-infringement.
The Copyright Holder does not guarantee that the Software will function without interruption or error, remain compatible with World of Warcraft or other software, or be maintained, updated, or supported.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Copyright Holder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or relating to the Software or its use, inability to use, modification, installation, removal, or distribution.
Nothing in this License excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.
12. Severability
If any provision of this License is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be applied to the greatest extent legally permissible.
The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
