LowHP Alert is a lightweight, no-frills addon that plays a loud, attention-grabbing sound the moment your health drops below 35%.

📥 Installation

1. Download and extract into World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/.
2. (Optional) Drop a custom LowHP.ogg file directly into the LowHP folder to use your own sound.
3. Enable LowHP Alert on the character select AddOns list.

⚙️ Configuration

Open the options panel anytime via Esc -> Options -> AddOns -> LowHP Alert, or from the AddOns list. Pick a category, pick a sound, hit Test, and you're done

• The default custom alert sound (LowHP.ogg) originates from Mik's Scrolling Battle Text (MSBT) by Mikord, an addon no longer actively maintained. Full credit to the original author for this sound.
• Some sound ID selections in the "Alerts" category were identified by cross-referencing Deadly Boss Mods (DBM-Core), licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License. No DBM code or audio assets are included in this addon : only the underlying Blizzard sound IDs (which are game-native content, not DBM's property) were referenced.
