This addon displays a red glowing and pulsating frame around the main frame of the user interface when the character's health drops below a certain value.
This value can be adjusted to characters preferences via the Options -> Addons menu. In addition, the values for the frequency and intensity of the pulse can be set there too.
All 3 values are saved after exiting the game.
