v1.1.2
What's new
Changelog
1.1.2
- Fixed a Lua error when Blizzard hides an NPC or option name as a secret value (comparing it was tainting the gossip window).
1.1.1
- Fixed a Lua error at login (
charDBis nil) that stopped the continue button from loading.
1.1.0
- Works on other languages:
/lowerkey learnsaves the right dialogue option by hand. Lindormi's NPC ID is remembered, so a lookalike name is not mistaken for her. /lowerkey debugprints the addon's state;/lowerkey debug onlogs each step. Useful for bug reports.- A warning after 10 seconds without a response from Lindormi (for example an unexpected confirmation prompt).
- Settings:
/lowerkey presetsfor the preset buttons,/lowerkey minfor your own lowest level, shift-drag to move the "Target Lindormi" button,/lowerkey resetposto reset positions. - The panel says when the lowering option is not found, instead of staying empty.
- Run-logic tests with a fake game API, covering retries, cancelling, other NPCs, confirmation and the new commands.
- Screenshots are on the CurseForge page.
- Key bindings (Options > Keybindings > AddOns > LowerMyKeystone): open the level picker, lower by your last amount, and cancel a run.
- Fewer clicks between levels: the prompt shows only the step that is left (Lindormi is usually still targeted), and an interact key now does both steps, targeting her first and then interacting. A tip about the key shows when none is set.
- Addon list button (next to the minimap): left-click opens a level picker anywhere, right-click cancels a run.
/lowerkey showdoes the same. - Confirmation before lowering by 5 or more levels. Change it with
/lowerkey confirm <levels|off>. - Add an MIT license; CurseForge now shows this changelog instead of a list of commits.
1.0.0
- First stable release. Tested in game on 12.1.5 and 12.1.7.
0.2.1
- First CurseForge release: project ID, packaging and public issue tracker.
0.2.0
- Track the real keystone level instead of counting selections; retry ignored requests, then stop.
- Only one selection per conversation, so a slow keystone update never lowers an extra level.
/lowerkey stop, and right-click the continue button to cancel a waiting run.- Resume a waiting run after combat.
- Remember Lindormi's option ID after the first match.
- Panel: preset buttons show the resulting level and grey out below +2; title shows run progress.
- Guard the GossipFrame.Update hook.
- A waiting run is no longer cancelled by talking to another NPC.
- Starting a run from the slash command shows the continue button straight away.
- Fix preset button text changing size when buttons are greyed out.
- Continue button reacts to press or release, whichever your ActionButtonUseKeyDown setting uses.
0.1.1
- Initial scaffold:
/lowerkey <levels>command, amount parsing, and tests. - Drive the Lindormi gossip to lower the keystone step by step.
- Add a panel under Lindormi's dialogue with preset and custom amounts.
- Handle the goodbye page between steps and re-initiate the conversation.
- Replace the unreliable /interact macro with a target button, right-click or a configurable interact key.
- Support WoW 12.1.5 and 12.1.7.
