LoudAndClear

LoudAndClear is a text-to-speech (TTS) addon that reads selected players' chat messages out loud in real time.

What it does

LoudAndClear ensures that important messages are not missed. It is especially useful when you cannot actively read chat — for example during combat, while multitasking, or for accessibility reasons.

When a selected player sends a message, it is spoken immediately, allowing you to react without looking at the chat window.

Example

You’re in combat and can’t watch chat. A selected player calls out something important — instead of missing it, you hear it instantly and can react right away.

Why this exists

One of my guildmates lost the ability to speak and started getting ignored in chat. None of the existing tools, including TTS addons, solved that properly.

So I did what any reasonable person would do: fed the problem to an AI.

What came out is unapologetic AI slop — but it works. It gives people a voice and makes sure they’re heard loud and clear.
