Changes

• Update for 7.0.3
• Changed the visual style of the map progress bar
• Moved the options for map pins from the progress bar to the options menu
• Added an option to disable tooltips on map pins
• Changed the lore background to a cleaner image
• Made it impossible to open the addon while in combat due to errors

Fixes

• Fixed the tooltip indicator to only show where it's suppost to
• Improved the memory usage when filtering or scrolling through the lore list
• Fixed The Armor of Mannoroth to being unavailable
• Behind the scenes changes to support better localization (Assuming I ever find a way to translate things)

Taint issues when the compactraidframes update (player joins) during combat.  
I can't find the cause and I don't think there's a way to fix it.
