TLDR Gamepad UI works now ! Thank you so much solshine2510 for helping me debug

• Fixed the "LootTriage has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI" popup when playing with a controller on Forever, and the game freezing when you clicked Disable or Ignore on it.
• What was going on: when LootTriage put a gold border on an item in your open bags, the game rebuilt its controller navigation for the bags while LootTriage was still running, so it counted as touched by an addon. After that, the game blocked itself from picking what your interact button targets, and blamed LootTriage. With a controller, every popup goes through that same step, including the "blocked" popup itself, so it kept setting itself off until the game locked up.
• With Enable Gamepad UI on, LootTriage no longer adds its page to the options window. Opening LootTriage's settings page and then closing the options window with a controller froze the game, which is a bug in Forever's controller UI. Your settings still work, you just can't change them while the controller UI is on.
• New: type /lt test to see the highlights for 15 seconds without going to the settings, same as the Test button. Handy with a controller.
• If you don't play with a controller, the only change is /lt test
