LootSlacker

A body must be looted before it can be skinned. Some players never loot. LootSlacker shows you who.

What it is for

You cannot skin a body that still has loot in it.

So in a farm raid, every mob has to be looted. If one player kills mob after mob and walks away, the skinners get nothing from them. That leather is lost. The silver and the greys are lost too.

The bodies also stay on the ground for minutes. The floor fills up. You cannot click the mob you want, you cannot see where you stand, and your FPS drops.

It is usually one or two people doing it. LootSlacker finds them.

It names the culprit

Type /ls and you get one simple table:

Kills - mobs this player killed. Pets count for their owner.
Loots - bodies this player looted.
Left - kills minus loots. Bodies they left on the floor. Nobody could skin these.
Rate - how much of their own kills they picked up.
Last - time since their last loot.

The worst player is on top. Red means over the limit. Green means clean.

`/ls report` posts the top 5 to raid chat. `/ls me` shows your own number, so you can check yourself before you blame anyone else.

What it cannot do

Be aware of this before you start pointing fingers.

The game never tells an addon what bodies are on the ground. There is no such API. So Loot Slacker does not count bodies. It counts kills, it counts loots, and the difference is the answer.

That means :

A body is counted as looted when the player opens it. If they open it and leave items behind, that body still cannot be skinned, but LootSlacker will not see it.
Gold alone cannot be tracked. Group gold is shared with no name attached.
An empty body opens no loot window, so it counts as "not looted".
Two bodies looted in under half a second count as one.
If someone loots a chest or a herb, it makes their score look a bit better.
If a player loots your kill, their own number goes down. That is on purpose : they cleared that body for the skinners.

For anyone with the addon the numbers are exact. For everyone else they are close enough to spot the player with 200 kills and 3 loots.

Other

Warns you on screen when **you** leave too many bodies behind.
Tells you in chat when a raider passes the limit (you set it, 20 by default).
