Improved performance: long macro buttons will no longer update more than once per frame, when multiple simultaneous events are caught.

V1.0.5: Fixed bug which was causing icons to display as question marks when closing vendor windows.
After having faced so many almost identical bugs, more aggressive measures were taken to prevent it from happening again, and a workaround was implemented for if it still somehow manages to happen.

V1.0.4: Fixed bug which was causing icons to display as question marks when swapping equipped rings, trinkets or weapons with each other, and sometimes when selling items to vendors.
