Lightweight world quest tracker — reward icons, subzone rollup, warband alt tracking, and mini mode right on your map.

FIXED:
- Hovering a map marker with a timer or a reward on it, such as an Abundance
event or Voidstorm's weekly reward, could show a Lua error naming LiteWQ
once you had pointed at LiteWQ's list or its buttons. LiteWQ now shows its
tooltips in its own tooltip and leaves the game's alone. Thanks to SamH for
the report.
