BUG FIX:
- Fixed world quest timers showing "--" after certain teleports (e.g. Key to the
  Arcantina + portal). Blizzard API returns nil in this state; LiteWQ now caches
  last-known time values and derives remaining time from cache when the API fails.
  Falls back to 1h estimate if no cached value exists (matches WQT behavior).

IMPROVEMENTS:
- Time remaining text for 6h+ quests now displays in white instead of gray for
  better readability
- Quest name text color is now consistently white across all rows
