    More development and bug fixes

    - BuildMenu now accept type "image" with keys: .texture .texcoord .width .height .vertexcolor .filterType.
    - Fixed GameCooltip not using line text size and outline.
    - Added for dropdowns :SelectDelayed() which is the same as Select() but will select after a small random time.
    - Changed TimeBar:SetFont(font, size, color, shadow) to (font, size, color, outline, shadowColor, shadowX, shadowY).
    - Fixed TimeBar spark when in reverse mode.
    - Added to Timeline options: .on_create_line
