  • Skip history requests for offline participants
    Only send HR messages to participants who have recently sent data,
    preventing unnecessary requests to offline players. RequestMissingHistory
    requires "online" status; RequestFullSync allows "stale" but skips
    "offline". Bump version to 2.2.0.
