  • Add race finish tracking and celebration popup
    Track finish order when participants reach max level (90), broadcast
    MX messages to notify other racers, and show a celebratory popup with
    position (1st/2nd/3rd). Late joiners receive finish history via JA
    sync. Race panel shows finish positions with gold tint for the winner.
