    Fixed bug in bank loading, updated R1 - R4 itemlevels to new TWW scale

    - TOC updated to 12.0.1
    - Updating bank parsing to new API functions
    - Updated itemlevels for R1 - R4 so they get tracked properly again. (R5-R7 may not work until I can find their ilvls)
