• Fixed profession data not refreshing after learning a new recipe.
• Learned recipes should now disappear from the LearnMe missing-recipe list without needing to close and reopen the profession window.
• Fixed stale known-recipe cache by invalidating and rebuilding recipe data after profession/spell updates.
• Fixed missing recipes not updating correctly after reaching the required profession skill level.
• Improved refresh reliability for both CraftFrame and TradeSkillFrame profession windows.

• Fixed inaccurate low-level Blacksmithing entries, including recipes such as Copper Axe showing the wrong required skill.
• Improved Blacksmithing & Alchemy recipe accuracy so missing recipes should now be shown at the correct skill thresholds.

• Added safer refresh handling after learned recipe/spell changes.
• Added delayed refresh logic to catch cases where the client updates the native profession list slightly after the learning event.
• Improved detection of newly learned recipes that were still visible as LearnMe virtual rows from the old cache.
• Added support for refresh triggers from learned spell and skill-line related events where available on the client.
