- Added automatic language detection for Questie group announcements.
- Questie objective messages using `pour`, `für`, and `para` can now auto-mark players as FR, DE, and ES.
- Restricted that detection to actual Questie announcements, so normal party or raid chat is not affected.
- Added a dedicated detection reason for Questie announcements instead of showing a generic chat-keyword reason.
- Improved client-locale localization for detection feedback and language names.
- Moved translations into a separate `Localization.lua` file for easier maintenance.
- Cleaned up locale handling with shared Spanish tables and locale alias fallback logic.
