* update to KuiSpellList-2.0. Filtering style has completely changed and as
such the old lists have been deleted.
* add capability to specify spells to track from any caster
* add capability to blacklist spells included by the default filter

* add shift and alt keyboard shortcuts to spell entry
* add tooltip hint to spell entry editbox
* reposition elements
* fix integer overflow when entering large numbers, for whatever reason
