Fixes

1. Fixed the issue where the target display position was lost after every login/RL
   - Modified `RangeDisplay.lua` to read the saved position from `db.range_position` when creating the frame, instead of hardcoding the initial coordinates
   - Automatically saves the current coordinates to the database upon finishing a drag, keeping the position unchanged after reloading
   - Added a `range_position = { x = 0, y = 200 }` default configuration item (dual scope: profile / char)
   - The "Reset" button in the settings panel and the `/kpr reset` command now synchronously support resetting the distance frame
