New Features

1. Lineup Setup System

- Visual Lineup Editor: 8 squads × 5-person input boxes, doublecolumn layout

- Drag-and-Drop Swap: Hold a name and drag it to any position to swap

- Set Current Lineup: Read team member distribution

- Apply Team: Automatically move players to target squads (requires Raid Leader/Assistant permissions)

- Configuration Save/Load: Manage multiple presets via the right panel

- Guild/Team Quick Fill empty slots with guild members or current team members

- Clear Button: Reset all input boxes

2. Whisper All Monitored Spells

- Added whisper_all_ells toggle, located in the whisper settings panel

- When enabled, all spells in the monitoring list (including unchecked and custom ones) will trigger whisper notifications

- When disabled (), only checked spells trigger whispers, maintaining original behavior

Bug Fixes

1. Permanent bar does not refresh after checking spells/unchecking borders

2. Timer bar material switch does take effect on permanent bars

3. Upward extension switch does not refresh permanent bar layout

4. Missing spell target on the right side when permanent bar enters
