Knapsack 1.0.1: fix Forever detection, keep items in place, name windows
- Detect Forever by its interface number. A Forever update made its WOW_PROJECT_ID differ from Retail's, and Knapsack took Forever for a Classic client: CreateFrame errors for BankItemButtonGenericTemplate.
- While the bags or bank stay open, an item that leaves (sold, deposited, used up) leaves a gap instead of the rest moving. New items go at the end of their category. Closing the window tidies up. Option: Keep items in place while a window is open.
- The bank, mail, guild vault and Find windows show their name in the header, after the character menu.
