KMDA: Trivia v1.1.0h  release

After testing and feed back the initial release is here, v1.1.0h includes

1.  A splash screen that plays once per log in not reload
2. Config panel that players and hosts/leads can adjust font and size
   open panels for game, access easy help breif, select play mode *SOLO*
   and Import custom topics.
3. A custom topic is included in the addon folder, ct_infosec.txt the questions
   are an example of what this trivia engine can do any topic goes, its not all
   murlocs and snuggles.
   
4. Panel docking, Ive tried to get it to a place where all panels can be open for
   whatever reason and the snap together host left of player top right and config panel bottom right, help menu is right of config panel, drag all at once, or kill one and they slowly collapse into available screen space.
5. Share your custom topics, come up with some creative questions, show an AI model like claude or gemini or chatGPT the custom topic packed with this release and ask them nicely to stay with the maximum questions character count for 40 unique questions of you own and play solo - great mini game for a date with yourself ;)
