Fix for TBC, Mists of Pandaria, and Retail WoW for Killing Blow Tracker

KBTracker monitors your honor kills and killing blows in BG's and counts them up on the frame. It has Current BG, Previous BG and this sessions killing blows.
Commands: (You can also use /hkt and /kbtracker)
/kbt show - Toggles the display
/kbt center - Reset the position of the tracker
KBT v3.0+ has LDB support
Tiny addon that is great for keeping track of KB's and HK's in battlegrounds.
I have been using it since the beginning. One of my all time favorites.
Frame is unlocked. No config needed.
