KillCounter
KillCounter tracks every kill you make and breaks it down by the type of thing you killed — then shows it all in a clean, movable window opened from a minimap button. Built for The Burning Crusade Anniversary Edition (Classic client).
Features
- Kills counted by type — Monsters, Elites, Rares, Bosses, Players (PvP), Pets and Guardians, each tracked separately.
- Smart rank detection — elite / rare / world-boss ranks are detected from the game's own unit classification, not a hand-maintained list, so it just works.
- Named boss encounters — instance and raid bosses are logged by name (e.g. Prince Malchezaar) using the game's encounter events — reliable, no configuration.
- PvP tracker — a dedicated count of enemy players you've slain.
- Per-name detail — see exactly which creatures (and players) you've killed most, ranked highest-first.
- Trends over time — averages per session, per day and per week; your last 7 and 30 days; and your best day, best week, best month and best year.
- Live updates — the window refreshes in real time as you fight.
- Account-wide or per-character — flip between combined totals and just this character.
- Lightweight & self-contained — no external libraries, no dependencies.

Notes
Kills are attributed to you (and your pet/guardian), so the numbers reflect your own killing blows. Rank detection works for any enemy your client has seen — targeted, moused-over, on a nameplate, or on a boss frame — which in practice covers everything you fight.
Feedback and bug reports are welcome — enjoy the body count!
