KickNotes

KickNotes helps you learn what to interrupt, stop, dispel, and purge in World of Warcraft dungeons and raids.

Instead of reacting to combat for you, KickNotes shows a compact reminder when you enter supported content, highlighting the mechanics your current class or spec should pay attention to.

It is designed for players who know they should interrupt more things, but do not necessarily remember which mob casts what, which debuffs they can remove, or which abilities are especially dangerous.

Learning instead of flashing

KickNotes is intentionally a learning/reference addon, not a real-time combat assistant.

Rather than screaming at you when a cast is already happening, it gives you the important information beforehand:

KICK      Toxic Atrophy      → Silence
DISPEL    Regurgitate        → Purify Disease
MUST STOP Felstorm           → Interrupt

As you learn the mechanics, simply right-click them and KickNotes gradually gets smaller.

The goal is for the addon to eventually remind you only about the things you still forget.

The initial release focuses on Midnight Season 2, with priority given to accurate Mythic+ dungeon information.

Feedback

KickNotes is especially dependent on accurate dungeon mechanics and class utility information.

If you find:

• An incorrect interrupt
• A missing dangerous cast
• A wrong dispel recommendation
• A class/spec ability that should or should not work
• A UI bug

please report it through the project issue tracker.

Mechanic accuracy is treated as a higher priority than simply adding more entries.
