- Only warn about the blocked channel when it actually matters
If party kicks are being seen directly, the rotation is moving and the blocked
addon channel is redundant. Warning about it every minute, and labelling the
board "not syncing" while it demonstrably is, would be noise about a problem the
player does not have.
Both warnings now stay quiet once direct detection has proved itself.
