What's new

v0.14.1

New: Purgatory

Added an optional Purgatory system for specializations you want to deprioritize.

  • Purgatory is disabled by default.
  • When enabled, right-click a specialization icon to add or remove it from Purgatory.
  • Purgatory specializations are marked with a red border.
  • If any member of an applying party uses a Purgatory specialization, the entire application is moved to the bottom section.
  • Purgatory overrides Preferred status, Priority RIO and Priority ilvl.
  • A red separator clearly marks the beginning of the Purgatory section.
  • Purgatory selections are saved between sessions.

Applicant ordering can now look like:

Preferred → Yellow Separator → Normal → Red Separator → Purgatory

New: Unique Classes

Added an optional Unique Classes mode.

When enabled, a preferred class stops being treated as preferred once that class is already represented in your group.

This includes:

  • Your own class
  • Current party or raid members
  • Players you have already invited through the Group Finder

For example, if Mage is preferred but you already have or invite a Mage, additional Mage applicants remain visible but move back into the normal applicant section.

This option only affects Preferred matching and does not send applicants to Purgatory.

Preferred Separator Improvements

  • When preference rules are active but there are currently zero preferred applicants, the yellow separator is now shown above the entire applicant list.
  • This makes it immediately visible that nobody currently matches your configured preferences.
  • Improved first-load separator handling so the line appears without requiring a manual applicant refresh.
  • Improved separator detection for mixed Preferred, Normal and Purgatory applicant lists.

Specialization Interaction Improvements

  • Right-clicking specialization icons no longer clears all selected specs.
  • Left-click continues to control Preferred selection.
  • When Purgatory is enabled, right-click controls the Purgatory state of that specialization.
  • Class headers can no longer be placed into Purgatory.
  • Purgatory is specialization-based rather than class-based.

Clear Selection Improvements

Clear Selection now clears:

  • Preferred specialization selections
  • Purgatory specialization selections

Priority RIO, Priority ilvl and feature toggle states remain unchanged.

UI Improvements

  • Added Purgatory and Unique Classes controls.
  • Added red Purgatory specialization borders.
  • Added a red applicant separator for Purgatory applications.
  • Tooltips now update immediately when changing toggle states without requiring the mouse to leave and re-enter the button.
  • Improved quick-role button visual updates.
  • Increased the minimum sorter window size to prevent specialization icons from overlapping.

Sorting & Stability Improvements

  • Improved handling of active, invited, cancelled, declined and other applicant states.
  • Non-active applicant states preserve Blizzard's normal placement.
  • Improved party application handling.
  • Improved Melee DPS and Ranged DPS specialization classification.
  • Unknown future DPS specs no longer default incorrectly to Melee DPS.
  • Cleaned up internal UI state and applicant refresh handling.
  • Removed duplicate processing when confirming Priority RIO or Priority ilvl values.
