1. Scope
This license covers project-owned code, documentation and original artwork in
KerimAnka UI and its companion modules, only to the extent the respective rights
holders have rights to license those materials. It is a limited permission to
use the software, not an open-source license or a transfer of ownership.

2. Permissions
You may download, install and use official copies free of charge; make personal
backup copies; inspect the source; and modify it for your own private use.
You may submit proposed fixes or improvements to the official project.
Normal gameplay use, including monetized streams, videos and screenshots of the
interface, is permitted. You may link to official downloads and project pages.
Keep copyright and license notices in copies you make.

3. Redistribution and reuse
Unless separately authorized in writing by the relevant rights holder, you may
not redistribute or publish the project or modified versions, include it in an
addon collection or other product, or reuse its code or original artwork in
another project. You may not sell, sublicense, or charge for access to those
materials, or include them in a paid package or paid feature.
These restrictions apply to free redistribution as well as commercial reuse.
They do not prohibit activities expressly permitted in section 2.

4. Official hosting and platform rights
The project maintainers may distribute official releases through GitHub,
CurseForge and other channels they authorize. The operators of those channels
may host, reproduce and deliver the materials as needed for that authorized
distribution under their applicable platform terms.
Nothing here limits viewing, repository forking or other rights required by
GitHub's applicable terms, or rights granted by law. A platform fork does not
itself grant permission for other redistribution or reuse under section 3.

5. Third-party materials and names
Third-party materials retain their own licenses, notices and ownership. This
license does not replace or restrict rights under those licenses. In particular,
the bundled Ubuntu fonts retain Fonts/LICENCE.txt and LibSerialize retains
LibSerialize-LICENSE.txt in the main KerimAnkaUI folder.
World of Warcraft and Blizzard materials and marks remain subject to their
respective owners' rights. No ownership of them, additional permission to use
them, or endorsement by Blizzard is claimed or granted by this license.
No separate right to use the KerimAnka UI name or logo to imply official status
or endorsement is granted.

6. Contributions
Submission of a contribution does not by itself transfer copyright. Before
submitting code or artwork, read CONTRIBUTING.md in the official repository.

7. No warranty; liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS",
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THAT SAME EXTENT,
THE AUTHORS AND RIGHTS HOLDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE MATERIALS OR THEIR USE. This does not exclude any
liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Other permissions
For redistribution or reuse outside this license, contact the maintainers
through the official repository before proceeding. Silence is not permission.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to their respective holders.
