Final safety & compatibility hardening

• Fixed the drag/cursor lifecycle that could leave a KelaVendor drag icon stuck after item movement in custom bag UIs.
• KelaVendor bag hooks are inert outside an active merchant session.
• Internal single-item repair pickup is excluded from user drag tracking.
• Exact buyback drop targets include Blizzard bags, DaylightUI and EllesmereUI bag surfaces.
• Refundable items are protected from normal, mass and KelaJunk selling.
• Merchant fallback diagnostics now point to /kvendor diag.

Validation

Core merchant operations, gamepad navigation, KelaJunk automation and KelaWorld Journal recovery were live-tested on WoW Forever. Rare spell-only and special-refund variants passed API-contract/adversarial tests and fail closed on unknown state; not every rare variant was available on a matching live NPC during final acceptance.
