### Changes
- The target quest panel and the nameplate progress counts can now be switched on and off separately. Turning the panel off no longer hides the nameplate counts.
- Target Quest Info options page reorganised: "Show for dead targets" now sits under the panel setting it belongs to.
### Notes
- Restart the game after updating, since the .toc changed.
