Allows you to ask a battle net friend to do a /who request for you.

You whisper your battle net friend who has the addon ".who [pattern]" and it will whisper back the first 5 results.

This is useful for finding out where your enemies are, and essentially removes the need for "Excuse me, but please can you /who myscrubprey please".
