WoW Anniversary Update

• I'm only adding items as I get them at the moment, may go searching later.
• Added anniversary and some other items
  • Level 80 Anniversary caches
    • Only attempts to open when porting in or out of Stormwind/Orgrimmar portal rooms
    • They're causing chat window spam on lower-level characters carrying them
    • Sorry for any inconvenience, though I would have had to cancel them out otherwise
      • Remove -- on lines 125-126 in the LUA, if you don't have any lower-level toons
      • Use New Openables - Continued, it's a great add-on for opening/using looted items
