• v0.2.9 - Keep combat logging on after reloads and stop double-scoring casts
  Kairos rechecks combat logging 3 s after loading screens and zone or
  difficulty changes. ArchonLogger turns logging off a second after a loading
  screen outside Mythic content, and a reload mid-pull in Timewalking Grimrail
  Depot left a 65 s hole in the log.
  The offline scorer no longer ends a cast when a repeat press of the same
  spell is rejected mid-cast, which graded the cast's success as a second
  decision against a mid-cast snapshot. Bloodmaul Slag Mines rescores from
  447 to 453 of 480. The Demonology review covers the Nov. 2 runs.
  All 239 tests pass.
